OSO multi-mounting kits enable several similar vessels to be connected together to increase system efficiency and improve reliability during hot water production. The use of mutimounting allows hot water production even if one boiler will need servicing.
Another advantage is that the system can later be expanded with more boilers of the same type if the demand for hot water increases.
The diagonal connection is the most efficient and therefore the most commonly used, e.g. in multi-corridor or back-to-back installations. However, parallel connection (left to right) is also possible if required. In the case of radiators with an integrated coil (MC, MGC), a parallel connection is required.
OSO offers prefabricated SR and SRS manifolds and other equipment for multiple installation, as well as equipment for DHW circulation, which is beneficial if the consumption points are remote. See “Installation kits” below. It is recommended to insulate the pipes to reduce heat loss in the system (insulation not included). The system can also be organised with DHW circulation, expansion vessels, etc.
