The OSO TURBO SYSTEM is a highly efficient system designed to collect domestic hot water from an external heat source, such as a high-temperature boiler. The system consists of a heat exchanger (VX) extracting energy from an external heat source (sized as required) and a pump node (LP) with twin pumps. The kit includes a damper, thermometer, non-return valve and shut-off valve. It is supplied prefabricated. The cold water supply pipe (R) is installed by the installer on site.
The TURBO SYSTEM is mounted on an accumulation tank from the OSO Maxi series, which must also be equipped with BS and KV sets. The system can be expanded with further accumulation tanks depending on the demand for domestic hot water using OSO SRS manifolds. Heat is extracted from an external heat source via a heat exchanger and stored in the tank (or tanks). At low consumption, only the heat exchanger is used directly. At higher consumption, the necessary water is drawn from the accumulator(s), which are charged from above and provide hot water immediately when fully discharged.
The system can also be organised with DHW circulation and an expansion tank.
