OPTIMA TWINCOIL – OTC tank specifically designed for hot water priority heat pumps up to 15kW. It is equipped with a 2.6 m2 coil storage tank and an 85 L buffer tank, which allows connection to solar collectors ≤ 12 m2. In addition, the OTC has a 9kW electric operation option, giving the heat pump optimum operating conditions and full energy flexibility.
The electric heating element at the bottom of the hot water cylinder provides protection against bacterial growth and can also be used as emergency heating.
The OPTIMA series are the most advanced and energy-efficient combination tanks that integrate the water heater, stainless steel buffer tank and heat exchangers into a single unit. This allows for more space in the boiler room.
