The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the basis on which your personal data is processed and to discuss your basic rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

Administrator of personal data

The administrator of the personal data is Inox Thermes sp. z o.o. sp.k., ul. Piłsudskiego 12/3, 23-200 Kraśnik („Thermes”).

Personal data collected by Thermes is processed in accordance with the principles set out in data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“RODO“) and Polish legislation issued in connection with RODO, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection. Inox Thermes keeps personal data confidential and secures them from unauthorised access by third parties under the terms of the aforementioned legal acts.

Scope and purposes of personal data processing

In the course of its activities, Inox Thermes collects and processes personal data:

  1. for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by Inox Thermes as a data controller: for the provision of services to Customers, marketing of Thermes services, as well as for analytical, statistical and ICT security purposes related to the brandoriented.pl website (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) RODO);
  2. for the performance of contracts entered into by Inox Thermes with its customers, for the cooperation with suppliers and other entities cooperating with Thermes (legal basis Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
  3. for the purpose of recruiting persons interested in working or cooperating with Inox Thermes (legal basis, respectively, Article 6(1)(c) and Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO).

We also process personal data in fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on Inox Thermes (legal basis Article 6(1)(c) RODO).

Your rights

The processing of your personal data is carried out on a voluntary basis; however, depending on the circumstances, a refusal to provide data or a request for deletion may prevent us from, for example, contacting you, providing you with information about Inox Thermes events and activities or performing a service. In accordance with the principles set out in the data protection legislation and to the extent provided therein, you have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to data portability. If you do not want Thermes to process your personal data for marketing purposes, you can object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose at any time. If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw it at any time; however, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing that took place before the withdrawal.

Right of complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint relating to Inox Thermes’ processing of your personal data with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.

Period of processing

The personal data will be processed, respectively, until the relevant legitimate interests pursued by Inox Thermes as data controller related to the processing of the specified data have been realised, until the expiry of the limitation periods related to the contract to which the processing of the personal data is related or related to the limitation period of legal obligations, until you object to the processing for marketing purposes.

Transfer of personal data to other entities

Recipients of your personal data may be, in particular, entities directly or indirectly related to Thermes, in particular in an organisational or personal way, which would be based in one of the Member States of the European Union, as well as external service providers (e.g. IT service providers, including cloud computing services, service providers for marketing and promotional activities, other entities processing data on behalf of Thermes on the basis of a contract for entrustment of personal data processing), accountants, lawyers, etc.

Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union.

Thermes, in connection with its cooperation with its suppliers and subcontractors, may entrust the processing of your personal data to the entities indicated above. However, in each case these entities will be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and to process them in accordance with data protection legislation and the relevant instructions of Inox Thermes.

No profiling

Your personal data is not subject to profiling as one form of automated personal data processing.
